Medallion Care

Medallion Care is a private, Medicaid-funded, Mental Health Adult Partial Care Program, serving the chronically mentally ill adult population in the Greater Mercer County area. 

 

We emphasize the strengths and potential of our clients to develop the highest possible degree of independence and community living skills.

Medallion Care strives to do this by creating a safe environment through group counseling, individualized treatment planning, and psychiatric evaluation.
